Software Deployment Agreement


This Software Development Agreement (the “Agreement” or “Software Development Agreement”) sets fore the terms that govern the contractual agreement between [Developer.Company] and its registered office in [Developer.Address] (the “Developer”) and [Client.Company] whose registered office is located in [Client.Address] (the “Customer”) that agrees to be bound by this Agreement. CONSIDERING that the developer is active in the development of computer applications and has specific technical expertise in the design, development and testing of software and related materials used in web and mobile applications; and 2.1 Assigned tasks. [Customer agrees to perform all tasks assigned to Customer in accordance with this Agreement and to provide Developer with all necessary support and collaboration to complete the Work in a timely and efficient manner and to execute all modification requirements. Customer is responsible for making, at its own expense, any changes or additions to Customer`s current systems, software and hardware necessary to support the operation of the Software.] The developer does not guarantee the software. Customer wishes to instruct the Developer to provide certain unique and proprietary software specifically designed and/or customized for Customer (the “Software”) and the Developer is prepared to accept the order to develop such software under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Phase II – The development and installation of software personnel in service abroad will receive thirty days in advance a binding overseas service agreement that signs a binding overseas service agreement describing the payment/benefits/daily allowances/duration and place of use. CONSIDERING that Customer has designed [QUICK DESCRIPTION OF SOFTWARE] (the “Software”) described in more detail in Appendix A and that the Developer is a contractor with whom Customer has entered into an agreement for the development of the Software.
